Withdrawals. Errors. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, mcwin reserves the right to correct such errors and recover any amounts incorrectly credited, regardless of whether the funds have been wagered or withdrawn.

mcwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mcwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mcwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You may close your mcwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sportsbook rules.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
